The company was formed by Sozo logistics (a specialist logistics company ) and in partnership with Conrem (Pty) Ltd - (a specialised supplier of graphite electrode and refractories to both South African and international markets). The company focusses on the following areas of specialised business, based on the partners expertise: Metallurgical consulting into the primary metallurgical industry, Graphite electrode, Refactory materials as well as logistic solutions for both the metallurgical industry and others.
